In the territories under russian control, russian occupation authorities are trying to persuade Ukrainian citizens to return to the TOT.

The Ministry of Reintegration suggests avoiding travel to the TOT. Don’t let threats intimidate you. Contacting the occupation authorities is risky.

The actions, documents, and demands of the occupation authorities in the TOT are illegal. Ukrainian citizens’ property in the TOT is protected by Ukrainian and international law.

Those who took property from Ukrainians during the TOT will be punished and must pay back what they took.
