Many educational institutions, applicants, and their family members have inquired about the procedure for implementing paragraph 34 of the Procedure for Organizing and Maintaining Military Registration of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service and Reservists, approved by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1487 of December 30, 2022.
The Ministry of Education and Science has developed relevant clarifications in this regard.
When enrolling in school, military registration documents are submitted to the admissions office:
– Men who turn 17 in 2024 and are under 60.
– Women who have graduated from vocational, professional, or higher education institutions with a medical or pharmaceutical specialty, or women who are liable for military service.
A military ID can be paper or electronic.
If you leave your home during a mobilization or martial law, you must register as an internally displaced person within seven days.
- Register for military service at the recruitment center where you registered as an IDP.
- Provide a military registration document.
Any pre-conscripts who have left Ukraine and are subject to military registration must return to Ukraine to complete their military registration and get their documents. This applies to anyone who left Ukraine after July 9, 2024, before the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 801 was issued.
