The volunteers of the Kharkiv regional organization of the URCS are playing an active role in assisting internally displaced persons who have evacuated from conflict zones and frontline communities in the Kharkiv region.

Over the past three weeks, more than 2,000 individuals residing in 12 temporary accommodation centers have received individual hygiene kits.

Since the outset of the full-scale war, the URCS has delivered over 1.52 million food and hygiene kits to residents of the Kharkiv region.

Thanks to the joint efforts of Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, and the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism with the support of the Romanian Ministry of International Relations, residents of Kharkiv Oblast recently received a large shipment of humanitarian aid.
