The Blonskys left their home because of the war and settled in Poltava.

The new house had a big garden. They decided to start their farm.

He started his own business with a grant for displaced people.

The money was used to set up a goat pen and build a room for aging cheese. It also serves as a tasting room for tourists.

The entrepreneurs now produce six types of cheese, which you can buy online or locally. They ship their products to different regions of the country.

The family plans to keep growing their business. They’re especially excited to host tourists for goat therapy, conduct tastings, offer master classes, and develop green tourism.
