Iryna Vereshchuk and Oleksandr Vilkul head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council visited a veterans center in a city hospital in Kryvyi Rih.

It is Ukraine’s first military rehab center. Since 2022, thousands of soldiers have been treated at the facility.

The great thing about these rehab services is that they’re free of charge and fully covered by the National Health Service of Ukraine as part of the medical guarantee program

The center has a team of medical specialists from different fields.

The veterans’ rehab center will have modern medical equipment. The donors were the Czech government and Rotary International (Canada and Sweden).
