The contest is open to adult internally displaced persons whose place of actual residence, as shown on their registration certificate, is in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast.

If you’re an IDP who’s a representative of a business, and you’ve moved your production facilities and assets to the region in line with the legal procedure, you can also take part in the selection process.

The Council members are chosen based on the documents that candidates send to the RMA in electronic (scanned) and/or paper forms. You can find a list of the documents here.
