The modular town is situated within the Chornobaivska community, as confirmed by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

The town welcomes internally displaced persons, including those who have lost their homes due to russian aggression, large families, families with children, people with disabilities, combatants, the elderly, families of fallen defenders, and disaster victims living in the Kherson region.

The complex comprises four modules, each with 21 living rooms and four beds. Each module also includes two shower rooms, two restrooms, a laundry room, a play area, and a kitchen dining room.

All rooms are equipped with the necessary household appliances, furniture, and other amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. For the enjoyment of our younger guests, we also provide a playground where they can spend their free time engagingly and productively.
