The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a decree to transfer the Ukrainian Scientific and Clinical Center for Prosthetics and Rehabilitation property to the joint ownership of Kharkiv Oblast communities.

The issue was discussed at a humanitarian response meeting in Kharkiv led by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk.

The decision will facilitate effective facility management and establish optimal conditions for providing medical care and rehabilitation to military personnel, combatants, and the regional population.

Furthermore, the transfer of this state-owned enterprise to the joint ownership of local communities will facilitate improvements in medical services not only for the population of the Kharkiv region but also for other regions. This includes citizens affected by the war and military personnel.
