The government has adopted a resolution, “On Approval of the Procedure for Creating a Reserve of Employees of the Culture and Information Sector to Work in the De-occupied Territories of Ukraine.”

The draft act was developed by the instructions of Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk following a meeting on the creation of a reserve of employees of state and law enforcement agencies to work in the DOT. The issue has also been discussed at length at meetings of the Coordination Headquarters for the State Protected Areas, which are chaired by the Vice Prime Minister.

The document defines:

– How to create a personnel reserve and process the personal data of those who want to be included.

– The procedure for providing qualified personnel to organizations that have resumed work in the de-occupied territories.

The reserve will be formed by entering information about applicants into the system “Reserve of Cultural and Information Workers for Work in the De-occupied Territories of Ukraine.”

The act will help:

– Restore the DOT’s cultural and information sphere.

– Hire people to work in these places in the DOT again.

– Hiring people who lost their jobs because of the fighting.

– Return IDPs to the territories and provide them with jobs.

The Ministry of Reintegration thanks the team from the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine for creating the draft resolution, which will help Ukraine recover faster.
