The National Information Bureau (NIB), operating under the Ministry of Reintegration, remains the primary source of assistance for released captives.

The NIB has initiated support for individuals repatriated as part of today’s prisoner exchange. Specifically, NIB personnel provided the defenders with essential supplies, including hygiene products, underwear, seasonal attire, footwear, communication equipment, and food packages.

The NIB also helps people who have been released from captivity get ready to receive a one-time financial assistance from the state of UAH 100,000. This is paid by the Ministry of Reintegration.
