29 settlements in the Kupiansk, Kuryliv, and Kindrashiv communities in the Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region were forced to leave. The Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reported this on their website.

In safe areas, children and their families will be given free shelter, supplies, and support.
