The Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 939 makes changes to the eHouse program, some of which came into force on 19 September 2024.

Housing owners can use the ‘eRecovery’ certificate (if received) as a down payment on a mortgage under the ‘eOselya’ program.

The program will also extend to Ukrainians who have previously participated in state housing programs, enabling them to purchase housing. This will benefit citizens whose homes were destroyed or remain in the temporarily occupied territory.
