This is the Affordable Loans program. This program gave 18,157 loans worth UAH 67.9 billion. The Government portal reports this.

Of these:

– UAH 18.2 billion for working capital;

– UAH 15.9 billion for high-risk areas;

– UAH 15.7 billion for processing;

– UAH 14.3 billion for investment loans.

Loans are usually given to companies in agriculture, manufacturing, and trade.

The regions with the most loan agreements are Lviv, Dnipro, Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Poltava, and Kyiv City.

Since February 2020, 97.1 thousand loans worth UAH 334.8 billion have been issued. Currently, 46 banks participate in the program.

In 2023, the Ministry of Reintegration launched the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” for entrepreneurs from territories at risk of conflict and those recently occupied.
