IDPs in some communities in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipro can get money to help pay for heat as part of the Preparing for Winter 2024-2025 project.
The Smile UA Facebook page reports.
Individuals displaced from their homes in the Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Bilozerska, and Dobropilska communities of the Donetsk region, as well as the Apostolivska and Zelenodolska communities of the Dnipropetrovska region, are eligible to register for this assistance.
They must also be vulnerable in one of the following ways:
– Single parents and women who take care of their families.
– People with disabilities.
– People over 60.
– Families with three or more children (up to 18 or 23 if in school).
– People with long-term illnesses.
– Households with someone who lost their job since February 2022.
– Households registered with social services.
To register for cash payments, please complete the form provided. The registration period will conclude at 12:00 on October 18.
The project is being implemented by the charitable foundation Smile UA with the financial support of the Humanitarian Foundation for Ukraine (UHF).
