«On March 27, there will be two agreed humanitarian corridors» – Iryna Vereshchuk

During the morning briefing on March 27, 2022, the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk spoke about 2 planned and agreed humanitarian corridors.

Donetsk region

  • From the city of Mariupol to the city of Zaporihzhia – by own vehicles.
  • The centralized evacuation of Mariupol residents by buses from Berdyansk was also agreed.

Meeting place without changes – Melitopolske shose Street, 27 – near the city sport complex. 15 buses are already leaving the city of Zaporihzhia on a certain route. The time of their arrival at the meeting place will depend on the speed of the occupiers’ checkpoints.

We remind you that at the address: Berdyansk, Melitopolske Shose street, 87b, free refueling is available for Mariupol residents. There are also humanitarian aid headquarters in Berdyansk. They can be contacted by phone: 3-62-76, 3-52-52, and 097-551-59-17, 050-439-75-29.

Also, to get the necessary help, Mariupol residents can call the call center in Zaporihzhia: 095-220-41-11, 067-220-41-12 and 0800-503-508.

  • From the city of Berdyansk, Zaporihzhia region – to Zaporihzhia.

Buses for evacuation and humanitarian aid will depart from Zaporihzhia by 10:00 a.m. on March 27. After gathering people at the evacuation site in Berdyansk, buses will travel to Zaporihzhia, which is also used by Mariupol residents who travel by private cars.

Luhansk region

  • From Rubizhne to Bakhmut. The evacuation will take place on Kyivska, Shkilna, Kharkivska, Sonyachna, Slovyanska, Khlibozavodska, Shevchenko, Sosyura streets and in the area of ​​the city railway station.

“We will also try to get our people out of storage under the ruins of the bakery and from the storage of the city school №5. We continue to work on other routes, we hear all your appeals and we are doing everything possible to stop the occupiers from firing and let our humanitarian convoys to pass”, – Iryna Vereshchuk assured in the end.
