Iryna Vereshchuk: we are continuing evacuation from Mariupol and working on the corridor from Kherson region

Four evacuation buses managed to leave Mariupol yesterday along the humanitarian corridor, The Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk said.

“They spent the night in Berdyansk and are now heading to Vasylivka. We are waiting for them in Zaporizhzhia soon” – Vereshchuk explained.

Today, the evacuation of women, children and the elderly continues.

Boarding of buses on Shevchenko Boulevard on the ring near the shopping center “Port City” at 14.00.


“The security situation is difficult. There may be changes. Please follow the official announcements!” – the official urged.

According to her, work on other routes is underway.

“Today we will also try to open a humanitarian corridor from the Kherson region. We are talking about three settlements: Vysokopillya village, Novovoznesenske village and Myrolyubivka village” – she said.

Place of meeting:

– Vysokopillya village – Vyzvoliteliv street, 112 (near the village council);

– Novovoznesenske village – Shkilne street, 28B (near the village council);

– Myrolyubivka village – Shevchenko street, 82 (near the school).
