In Rivne, Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk met with orphans and children deprived of parental care from among the IDPs. Most of them came here from the frontline areas of Donetsk, Luhansk and Kharkiv regions.

Now they are safe and have the opportunity to study without any obstacles. New laptops will help them master the curriculum. The children received them within the framework of the project “Vocational Integration of IDPs / EU4Skills” implemented by GIZ Ukraine with the support of the German Government.

“Our care for children should be as sincere and open as they are. I would like to thank the German Society for International Cooperation GIZ and personally the German Ambassador to Ukraine, Ms. Anka Faldhusen, for the laptops for the children,” said Iryna Vereshchuk.

We are reminding that IDP orphans in Volyn received laptops.
