The representative office of SE “Document” has opened a stationary customer service center in Krakow at the following address: Galeria Krakowska, Pawia 5, 31-154 Kraków, Lokalno 6, Piętro 2.

At the center, you can simultaneously apply for a passport and an ID card, apply for a passport or an ID card separately, exchange a driver’s license, and obtain insurance.

Applications for passport documents can be submitted both by appointment and in a live queue.
