This was announced by Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk during a news telethon. She added that the liberation of the Ukrainian peninsula is being actively discussed at the international level. The question of the future security model for our country is also being raised.

According to the official, all these processes are a logical continuation of the first step taken by our country on its way to joining the North Atlantic Alliance, which is to apply for membership in this organization. Therefore, the liberation of Crimea and further security issues should be considered comprehensively, together with our international partners.

“Leaders of the civilized world, parliamentarians and experts are seriously discussing the de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea. In the spring, a major international event will be held on this topic, with the participation of NATO member states. This is very significant and shows support of Ukraine, and the correctness of our security choice. Together we can do everything to quickly return Ukraine to Crimea and Crimea to Ukraine,” the Vice Prime Minister summarized.
