Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk and the team of the Ministry of Reintegration went on a working visit to Volyn and Rivne regions.
The program of the visit includes inspection of places of compact residence of internally displaced persons, getting acquainted with the living conditions of geriatric institutions where elderly IDPs are staying, communication with orphans from among the internally displaced persons and their guardians.
The officials will inspect buildings being reconstructed for IDPs and premises that can be used for their accommodation if necessary.
At the meeting with representatives of domestic and international NGOs, they will discuss the development of partnerships and the possibility of attracting foreign experience to support people affected by the war.
At the end of the trip, the Vice Prime Minister will chair meetings in each region with the heads of the regional administrations, heads of local communities, representatives of international humanitarian organizations and local governments.
