Within the framework of a joint project of the Ministry of Reintegration, Ukrposhta and international organizations, over the past 6 months, one-time financial assistance has been paid to residents of the de-occupied territories for a total of more than UAH 277.1 million. The project was launched in September 2022, and payments are currently being made in the liberated territories.

Thus, as of February 20, 2023, more than 116 thousand people in the DOT of Kharkiv, Kherson, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Mykolaiv regions received cash assistance in the amount of UAH 1200 from the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.

In addition, with the financial support of the International Organization for Migration, more than 39,000 people living in the liberated territories of Kharkiv, Kherson and Donetsk regions have already received UAH 2,200 per month in assistance. Such payments are made for 3 months.
