Currently, the Ministry of Reintegration has three hotlines, namely: a crisis hotline, a hotline of the Commissioner for IDPs and a hotline of the Commissioner for Missing Persons.

In particular, the operators of the crisis hotline received more than 33 thousand calls in February.

Among the most pressing issues of interest to citizens are the payment of state aid to internally displaced persons, financial assistance from international organizations and legal aid.

In addition, last month almost 15 thousand calls were received on the hotline of the Commissioner for IDPs.

Also in February, the Commissioner’s for Missing Persons hotline received more than 13,000 calls. Of these, there were about 8 thousand calls and more than 5 thousand messages in messengers.
