In the Kharkiv region, due to the unstable security situation, local authorities have announced a mandatory evacuation of children and people with limited mobility from Kupiansk district to safer areas.
The evacuation will be carried out to the places designated by the plan, followed by resettlement. In particular, 3,000 places have been prepared for evacuees in Kharkiv.
The responsible authorities will ensure that the evacuees receive the status of internally displaced persons, social benefits and humanitarian aid.
The Ministry of Reintegration calls on residents of Kupyansk district not to neglect the safety of children and vulnerable groups and evacuate to a safer area.
