The Order of the Ministry of Reintegration of May 31, 2023, No. 164 amended the List of territories where hostilities are taking place or have taken place or are temporarily occupied by the russian federation.

The List was approved in December 2022 and is periodically updated. Amendments to it are made in coordination with the Ministry of Defense based on proposals from the relevant regional and Kyiv city military administrations.
