The meeting on the work of the Coordination and Advisory Centers for Civilian Support was held under the chairmanship of Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk. The heads of regional military administrations were present.

At the meeting, representatives of the regional military administrations shared their experience in implementing community support centers and discussed risks and opportunities. In particular, they discussed the training of psychologists, cooperation with communities, and coordinated work at all levels.

To this day, 24 regional coordination centers have been established, and most of them are already actively operating.

The centers’ work is aimed at addressing social protection issues. In particular, provide housing and promotion employment for the affected population, and provide psychosocial, medical, and legal assistance.  It is about helping internally displaced persons, veterans, and families of military personnel.
