Representatives of the Ministry of Reintegration, the Ministry of Finance, the State Tax Service, the Regional Military Administration, and national deputies attended the meeting.
The participants discussed the coordination of further actions by the authorities to implement the recently adopted Law No. 3050-IX. The law provides for exemption from environmental tax, land and real estate tax, and tax on destroyed or damaged real property in the territories of active hostilities and temporarily occupied territories.
The participants received clarifications and answers to the most pressing questions from representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the State Tax Service.
Iryna Vereshchuk noted that officials from all government agencies should continue to coordinate their actions and help ensure that the law allows people locally.
“This law is aimed at supporting people in a difficult situation. We have to ensure that the law works effectively,” the Vice Prime Minister summarized.
