The hotline of the Ministry of Reintegration has been receiving appeals from citizens who have yet to be able to obtain such certificates. So far, the appropriate forms have been sent out to all regions that have needed them.

According to the Ministry of Social Policy, in June more than 20,000 forms confirming the appointment of state social assistance to persons not entitled to pensions and persons with disabilities were distributed to regional military administrations.
