Foreign diplomatic missions designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have been granted additional powers in the area of state civil registry.  The list of services and the diplomatic missions authorized to provide them can be found in the infographic.

The innovations were developed and supported as part of the work of the Coordination Center for ensuring the departure of Ukrainian citizens from the TOT through the territory of third countries to Ukraine.
