These are families with children with disabilities or large families with children ages 7 to 18 from low-income families.

A pilot project has been launched for these categories in Dnipro, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, and Kyiv regions: They can receive financial assistance to purchase a health improvement voucher without going to the social security administration. The National Social Service reports this.

Notification of the right to receive funds will be sent to the Diia application. Upon receipt, the family representative must apply to PrivatBank for a special card. The funds will be credited to this card.  Once you receive it, you will need to go to the “Find a Place” section of the website and select a place to stay.
