A stress management course is now on your phone

It is called “Essential Skills for Times of Stress” and was developed with expert assistance from the World Health Organization.  It was created as part of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “How are you?” on the initiative of First Lady Olena Zelenska.

You can find the course in the BetterMe: Mental Health app.

In the event of anxiety or stress, it will provide tips on how to improve mental health in a simple, interactive way. He will also tell you how to survive emotional “storms”, and how to follow emotional values, and not lose yourself.
