You must present a document proving your registered residence to receive certain administrative or social services.

You can get an extract as follows:

• contact the registry or administrative service center;
• get an excerpt in the app or on the Diia portal.

Important! Extracts from the Territorial Community Register received in paper or electronic form have the same legal force.

It should be noted that to confirm the place of residence registered before December 1, 2021, you can use the information about the location of the home registered in the following:

• a passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of a booklet;
• a passport of a citizen of Ukraine or a foreign key in the form of an e-passport or an e-passport for travel abroad;
• an extract from the register of the territorial community.
