Since July 3, the “Reserve for Civil Service in the De-occupied Territories” platform has been in operation. Those interested in becoming part of the talent pool can fill out an application form.

 Since then, more than 1000 applications have been registered in the system. Of these, 60% were men and 40% were women. The number of applicants is increasing every day.

In addition, 867 people have already been enrolled in the talent pool. They will now receive professional training.

Such an initiative would provide military administrations and other government agencies in liberated areas with motivated personnel who would be the main driving force behind reintegration.
