The Order of the Ministry of Reintegration dated July 13, 2023, 199 changed the list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the russian federation. In particular, a new item has been added to one of the sections of the list: “Areas of active hostilities where state electronic information resources operate”.

According to the decree, it includes Nikopol and Marhanets districts of Dnipropetrovsk region, Kostiantynivska municipal district of Donetsk region, Ochakiv city of Ochakivska municipal district of Mykolaiv region and Beryslavskyi, Kakhovskyi and Khersonskyi districts of Kherson region.

As a result, registry users will be able to operate in these territories and their residents will have access to administrative services.

Amendments to it are made in coordination with the Ministry of Defense based on proposals from the relevant regional and Kyiv City military administrations.
