It is organized by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (UCF) as part of the program “Restoration of Cultural and Artistic Activities”.

Individual entrepreneurs and legal entities of all forms of ownership are invited to participate. They must be registered in the regions included in the list of affected areas, according to the order of the Ministry of Reintegration.

These include Kyiv ( except for the city of Kyiv), Donetsk, Luhansk, Dnipropetrovs’k, Zaporizhzhya, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv, and Odesa regions.

The initiative will provide grants sum 75 thousand to 250 thousand UAH. It can be used for a cultural and artistic product, concert, exhibition or exposition, play, performance, mural, handicraft, etc. See the full list here.

To participate, you need to register on the UCF website. Then choose the program “Restoration of Cultural and Artistic Activities”, fill in a questionnaire, and sign it with an electronic digital signature.
