Another 512 people released from russian captivity and 654 families of people currently illegally detained by Russia will be able to receive 100 thousand hryvnias in state aid.

The Ministry of Reintegration will transfer funds to them after receiving their applications and necessary documents.

It should be noted that the facts of the deprivation of liberty of these citizens as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine were established by the relevant commission under the Ministry of Reintegration on July 28.

The Commission also decided to pay funds to reimburse the costs of professional legal assistance to 2 persons.

In addition, the Commission recognized 78 people who submitted applications and supporting documents as family members of prisoners.

As a reminder, the Commission was established under the Law of Ukraine “On Social and Legal Protection of Persons Deprived of Personal Freedom as a Result of Armed Aggression against Ukraine and Members of Their Families”.

The commission includes representatives from the Ministry of Reintegration, other government agencies, and public associations.
