War-affected micro-enterprises and IDP entrepreneurs are eligible for grants

The international humanitarian organization Help – Help for Self-Help provides grants to IDP entrepreneurs and micro-enterprises affected by military aggression. The organization provides information on its website

 

Who can join the program?

 

Entrepreneurs from Kyiv and the regions of Kyiv, Zhytomyr, and Chernihiv who were affected by the military aggression may apply.

 

Important! Preference will be given to those who have been selected:

 

 

– Women entrepreneurs, in particular, those who became the head of the family due to their husband’s military service, injury, captivity, or death;

 

– Households with children, the elderly, and people with disabilities.

 

What are grants awarded for?

 

The program is designed to support craft (e.g., carpentry, beekeeping, jewelry making) and service (e.g., cleaning and housekeeping, landscaping, personal training) businesses.

 

What is the amount of the grants?

 

The project plans to award 325 grants of up to €2,700 in local currency.

 

What can the funds be used for?

 

Financial assistance is provided for the purchase of equipment and supplies.

 

How to enter?

 

You will need to fill out a Google form. Applications will be accepted through August 15, 2023.
