The government has approved the distribution of an additional subsidy for the second quarter of 2023 of 1.3 billion UAH. The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine informs about it.

The funds will use to meet the needs of the regional budgets of Donetsk, Luhansk, and Kherson oblasts and 113 budgets of territorial communities, namely for:

– 3 regional budgets and 18 budgets of territorial communities where active hostilities are taking place in the total amount of 818.4 million UAH;

– 30 budgets of territorial organizations in areas where the active hostilities took place or which have been de-occupied, in the total amount of UAH 320.2 million;

– 65 budgets of local governments on whose territory no hostilities are (were) conducted in the total 240.8 million UAH.

Local governments in the de-occupied and other areas will receive additional resources to effectively exercise their powers and address their priority needs at the local level.
