Since the launch of the Talent Pool information and communication system, more than 1,600 applicants have posted their profiles. Of these, 80% are men.

 

One and a half thousand candidates have already signed up. They will then receive professional training.

 

Priority in the selection process will be given to:

 

– War veterans;

 

– Internally displaced persons;

 

– Persons who have previously held the same positions;

 

– Individuals who have previously held positions in government, public agencies, and social infrastructure institutions;

 

To be included in the personnel reserve, you must register in the system and complete a questionnaire here.

 

The project is coordinated by the Ministry of Reintegration and the National Agency for Public Service.
