The Ministry of Reintegration continues to provide state financial assistance in the interests of persons deprived of their liberty as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine.

In particular, in July the Ministry of Reintegration transferred 13 million UAH to the bank accounts of the families of Ukrainian citizens illegally deprived of their liberty by the russian federation.

Thus, 75 other families of political prisoners, civilian hostages and prisoners of war received state aid in the amount of 100,000 UAH for each year of captivity.

Many relatives received funds for several years of their relatives’ detention in places of detention.

It should be noted that in January-July the Ministry of Reintegration has already paid state aid to those released from captivity and to the families of prisoners in the total sum of 137.4 million UAH.
