The government with Ukrfinzhytlo, has raised additional funds for the eOselia program.  By the end of the year, at least 10 thousand families will be able to get mortgages on favorable terms. The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine reports on its website.

Today, the affordable loan program is available to people who do not own a home or want to improve the conditions of the one they have.

For servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, teachers, doctors, and scientists the preferential rate is 3% per annum on the secondary or primary market. For other categories – combatants, veterans, IDPs, and other citizens – the mortgage rate is 7%.

The eOselia program was launched in October of last year. Since then, 2,475 Ukrainian families have purchased their homes for over 3.4 billion hryvnias.
