The draft sixth amendment to the law, known as lex Ukrajina, contains a corresponding initiative. It regulates the rights and obligations of this category of Ukrainians in the Czech Republic. Radio Prague International reports this. 

The amendment provides for support and partial reimbursement of expenses for our citizens who choose to return home. The initiative will commence when the Czech government decides on the type of support that the funds will be allocated for.

For those who remain, temporary protection will continue until the end of March 2025.

The Czech Ministry of the Interior reported that there were 360,900 asylum seekers from Ukraine with temporary protection visas, most of them women and children.
