This status has been extended for 18 months – until the spring of 2025. The Ministry of Internal Security of the country reported this.

From now on, its validity, which was to expire on October 20 this year, has been extended until April 19, 2025.

The Department of Homeland Security also emphasized that the decision also applies to those Ukrainians who were in the United States before August 16 and received work permits.

The decision will give additional time to Ukrainians whose two-year official entry and temporary stay permits were due to expire at the beginning of next year.
