Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said this in an interview with the Ukrainian Radio. She added that there is a need not only for civil servants but also for specialists in various fields to work in the already liberated and de-occupied territories.

Specialized higher education institutions are responsible for training such specialists. Such as Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Relocated universities will also provide training: Donbas State Pedagogical University, Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University, Priazovsky State Technical University, etc.

“We are approached by the leadership of the regional military administrations, and we form a reserve of the specialists they need. Such requests have already been received from the de-occupied territories of Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Zaporizhia,” the official said.

“Registered candidates are interviewed and then decide on their future area of work. The most important thing is your desire and education. There are no barriers to work in the de-occupied territories. The personnel reserve needs specialists in civil defense, labor protection, social sphere, people of working professions, and many others,” the Vice Prime Minister summed up.
