This was announced by Vice Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk on the program “Breakfast with 1+1”. According to her, this is the opportunity for internally displaced persons, veterans, and those released from captivity to receive free education in educational institutions.
To receive a voucher, you must have a vocational (vocational-technical), professional pre-university, or higher education and not be registered as unemployed with the Employment Service. Currently, about 130 professions and specialties have been identified for retraining. The most popular are psychology and IT specialties.
“The government is actively promoting the retraining and employment of IDPs. For example, everyone who wants to receive a voucher has a case manager. He accompanies his “ward” at all stages. As a result of this support, retraining is becoming more popular among IDPs,” the Vice Prime Minister summarized.
