On the Day of Knowledge, 11 more children who had been illegally detained in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region were returned home.

The Ministry of Reintegration, the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada, the charity foundation Save Ukraine, the Ukrainian Network for Children’s Rights, and many others managed to organize the return together.

Of the children who returned, six were removed from parental care, and five have families.

The youngest child is 2 years old and the oldest is 16.

These children will start the school year in a safe area.
