UPF aims to contribute to the recovery of the Ukrainian economy. In particular, in the following sectors: water supply, health care, and agriculture. In addition, wherever possible, improve the situation of vulnerable groups such as women and youth.

The initiative will provide grants ranging from 500,000 to 5 million EUR. The total budget of the program is 25 million EUR.

The Dutch proposal demonstrates the willingness of international partners to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine. It will allow us to attract foreign companies and provide us with experience that we can use in the future.
