The National Information Bureau (NIB) of the Ministry of Reintegration continues to receive information about prisoners of war and missing persons in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. It also accepts reports of persons, including children, who have been deported or forcibly displaced in connection with the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine.

 

Especially in August of this year

 

– The operators of NIB’s 24-hour hotline received about 9.7 thousand calls;

 

– More than 400 inquiries received through the online form on the NIB website;

 

– More than 2.1 thousand inquiries received through the Office’s chatbots in Telegram and Viber;

 

– More than 4.1 thousand inquiries received by e-mail: [email protected];

 

– Approximately 700 letters were sent by mail.
