More than 2 million 52 thousand individual entrepreneurs officially worked in Ukraine since the beginning of autumn. This is 36 thousand more than before the full-scale invasion. According to the OpenDataBot platform.

 

This year’s record for the last 3 years was set in June. At that time, Ukrainians registered 31.5 thousand new individual entrepreneurs. On average, about 25 thousand new companies are registered each month.

 

From April last year to the present, the largest increase in entrepreneurs was recorded in Kyiv – plus 12.9 thousand, in Lviv region – by 12.3 thousand, and in Dnepropetrovsk region – by 8.6 thousand.

 

The government is encouraging Ukrainian businesses to recover. In particular, through the eRobota project. It provides Ukrainians with grants for business start-ups, entrepreneurship development, and training.

 

Both existing entrepreneurs and people with no business experience can receive them. Applications can be submitted through the Diia.

 

Since the grant programs began, more than 7,000 grants have been awarded, creating approximately 20,000 jobs.
