From now on, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food has announced that you may submit an application and a copy of the document confirming your ownership of the land plot until October 31, 2023.
This was made possible thanks to the Government’s Resolution No. 980 titled “On Amendments to the Procedure for Providing One-time Financial Assistance to the Affected Population as a result of the Russian Federation’s Blowing Up of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant Dam for Lost Harvest.”
The Commission has extended the time frame for reviewing applications from 10 to 20 days. Additionally, the deadline for regional state administrations (RSAs) to make decisions regarding compensation payments has been moved to November 30, 2023.
As a reminder, residents of Mykolaiv and Kherson regions who own land for personal farming, constructing and maintaining residential buildings, outbuildings, structures, or individual gardening can receive financial assistance.
The assistance amount is 3,318 UAH for a vegetable harvest loss of 0.01 hectares. The payment will be granted for a maximum area of 0.2 hectares in Mykolaiv region and 0.3 hectares in Kherson region.
