It will enhance cooperation between Ukraine and the International Criminal Court.  It will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of responding to Russia’s daily crimes against Ukraine and Ukrainians. The Office of the Prosecutor General reported this.

Currently, Ukraine’s partnership with the International Criminal Court is full-fledged. Ukrainian prosecutors maintain daily communication with ICC experts.

The Prosecutor General’s Office provides the ICC experts with all the essential resources necessary to conduct a thorough investigation, including access to crime scenes, testimonies, and evidence. This allows ICC experts to see the consequences of the aggressor’s actions and draw unbiased conclusions.

The Field Office of the International Criminal Court in Ukraine is the largest office outside The Hague.
